6 Week Shred Program
I am so excited to tell you a little more info about the 6 week shred program!
The program is designed specifically for people who are looking to shed body fat, tone up, and are serious about seeing results. In addition to the workout, you get the 6 week shred companion meal plan. Pescatarian and vegan plans are also available.

All you need to do to get started is:
1. Select your program below (Men's or Women's Shred)
2. Take before photos: front, back, and side in front of a clean wall.
Women: Shorts and tank top or full coverage sports bra; Men: Shorts and fitted tank top or shirtless.
3. Email your full name, IG handle, and the photos to: lordalexfitness@gmail.com.
